Sunday, March 4 training begins at 1:00 pm and ends at 9:00pm.
The modules being covered this session are: Meditation: Biofeedback & Visual Practices, Upper Body Anatomy & Biomechanics of Yoga, Sanskrit for Yogis: Pose Names, Parts 1 & 2, Cuing for All Learning Styles, and Restorative Yoga.
